ORDERING INFORMATION
Select your preferred size, vinyl color, and Standard or Mirror orientation. Enter the name exactly as you would like it to appear, up to 15 characters. The 4"W x 4"H option includes two individual decals, each measuring approximately 4 inches wide by 4 inches high. All other sizes include one personalized decal. Measurements represent the approximate overall dimensions of the complete design, including the goalie silhouette and name. The decal is precision-cut from solid-color vinyl, and the open portions reveal the application surface. Apply to a clean, dry, smooth surface. This listing is for a physical vinyl decal, not a digital download.
